VOILS FAMILY WAGYU
ALL NATURAL AMERICAN & FULL BLOOD WAGYU BEEF
WHO WE ARE
Voils Family Wagyu is located in beautiful Southern Indiana close to Spring Mill State Park. What started as a “hobby farm” ten years ago with our Trakehner horses evolved when we were introduced to Wagyu Cattle. We fell in love with them and that was the beginning of Voils Family Wagyu. For the past 7-8 years, our Wagyu has been born bred, and raised on our farm.
On our farm, we strive for a low-stress environment for our Wagyu. They are free-range pasture-raised with us having daily interaction with them. Our Wagyu are raised all natural with NO use of hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. They are provided fresh water, free choice vitamin-mineral, and all-natural protein tubs, as well as hay that comes directly from our farm. Our haylage is baled out of a mix of alfalfa, rye, and sorghum-sudangrass hay. This is mixed with our dry timothy-based grass hay. They receive a developer grain mix and then a finisher grain mix until they are processed. These mixes are made specifically for our Wagyu and assist in the growth, marbling, and health benefits of our Wagyu.
It is our mission to raise high-quality Wagyu for our customers.
WHAT WE DO
There are 4 different types of Wagyu - Japanese Brown, Japanese Black, Japanese Polled, and Japanese Shorthorn. We raise Japanese Black which is prized for its intensive marbling.
We offer prime quality Aged Wagyu beef. We offer a wide range of different cuts of meat that can be purchased by individual items. For those customers that have the room quarter, half, and whole beefs are also available. For those what are wanting a half or whole beef, you are able to choose what kind of cuts you receive from the processor.
